The accountability primitive for the AI agent economy

AI agents are deciding. Nothing is keeping the receipt.

GateFrame issues cryptographically signed, independently verifiable records of regulated AI decisions — examiner-grade evidence an internal audit log can't provide, because the witness is structurally separate from every party in the chain. Live in production today.

Seal an AI decision. Then try to forge it.

Not a mockup. Choose a regulated decision, seal it, verify the signature — then tamper with the record and watch the cryptography catch you. The four things an audit log cannot do, happening in front of you.

Why now

The regulation is already here.

DIFC Regulation 10
Enforcement underway in 2026. Regulated firms must certify AI systems and produce explainability with supporting evidence. GateFrame is the strongest form of that evidence.
ECOA / Reg B
US lenders must give the specific principal reasons for an adverse credit decision — including model-driven ones. GateFrame maps model factors to compliant reasons.
EU AI Act · Annex III
High-risk AI (credit, employment, insurance) will require record-keeping and traceability. The conformity standards are being written now.
EU DORA
In force since Jan 2025. Financial entities must keep ICT operational-resilience evidence for automated systems — independent, tamper-evident records satisfy it cleanly.
What an audit log cannot do

Four guarantees, in one record.

01
Signed
Each decision is sealed with an Ed25519 signature — provably issued, not edited after the fact.
02
Chained
Every record links to the previous hash. Remove or reorder one and the chain visibly breaks.
03
Independent
Anyone can verify offline against the public key. No trust in GateFrame — or in you — required.
04
Tamper-evident
Change the decision after sealing and verification fails. An audit log would silently accept it.

Shankar Anand
Founder & CEO · Dubai, UAE

A technical founder who architected and shipped GateFrame's cryptographic core himself — Ed25519 signing, hash-chained evidence, independent verification, deployed solo. From mainframe engineer and Oracle OAF/ADF developer to two decades of cloud-ERP transformation across the regulated core, employed inside the UAE's sovereign and defense technology base (G42, UAE MoD, Tawazun, EDGE), and now an independent AI advisor and part-time Chief AI Officer who has shipped agentic AI systems for enterprise clients. The rare founder who can write the signing path and read the examination notice.

Regulators will never audit the model. They'll regulate the record.

GateFrame is that record — live, independently verifiable, and built before the market knew it needed it. The confidential brief is available to accredited investors.
